Salon Policies
Cancellations
Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. For same day cancellation or no shows, you will be charged a fee of 50% of your total service None Canceled appointments will be charged 100% of the total service. This is a courtesy to the staff , as well as possibly servicing the needs of other clients. However, emergency situations do arise and we will be taken into consideration.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals. Last minute cancellations and late arrivals can impose a great inconvenience and loss to our business. Please call if you are going to be more then 10 minutes late to verify if there is still time to get you in. We value each of our clients time and it is not fair to other clients should you be running behind.
Child Care
As a courtesy to the salon and others, I ask that you do not bring small children when you are getting a service unless you have some one else who can supervise. Children unattended in the salon can be dangerous and very disruptive to the service. If you are unable to make other arrangements you will need to reschedule your appointment with 24 hour notice.
Gift Certificates – All Gift Certificates can be redeemed for services only. No cash back! They may not be used for products or gratuities and only one gift certificate per visit may be used.
Returned Checks
Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
Walk-Ins
Walk-In customers are always welcome at Pony Tails Hair Design. However we cannot guarantee an opening. We advise booking an appointment in advance to secure a time allotted for you.
Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees prior to service. Please remember that prices vary according to the individual & needs.

Due to the integrity of the products, I do not accept returns. If there is something faulty with the product it can be replaced within 7 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only. Make-up and boutique items are non-returnable.
