Well I must say it has been a combination of things. Vitamin C and E are my top ingredients I look for but CoQ10 is really very helpful in skin cell regeneration. Facial Scrubs and Washes
When I first came across a recipe for sugar facial scrubs I thought what! Wouldn't that be harsh on your skin? Well I made some and tried it, to my wonderful surprise it is very nice to use. It gently scrubs dirt and grim off your face and invigorates the skin. We all know that getting circulation to the skin is what keeps it young and fresh looking. I ground the sugar to make it very fine. Added sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to cleanse the skin. It takes away oils and grim without stripping your skin of all the good oils it needs. I made 2 formulas one is good for all skin types and one for dry skin. Try one you will love it!
Natural Sugar Scrub for All Skin Types 4 oz
